Our agency is built on a passionate partnership between the Founders (based in Australia) and our dedicated Operations Team (based in the Philippines).

PAYMENT METHODS & BOOKING POLICY

At IMPERRA Travel & Tours, we aim to make your travel booking experience convenient, secure, and hassle-free.

To secure and process your booking, full or required payment must be made first before we proceed with the booking or reservation, depending on the terms provided for your selected travel service.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment options:

  • GCash

  • Maya

  • Credit Card

  • Cash – available for personal transactions at our office

Once payment has been completed, kindly send your proof of payment to our official contact channels so we can verify the transaction and proceed with your booking.

Please note that airfares, hotel rates, tour packages, availability, and other travel arrangements may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and/or issued. Payment does not guarantee a specific fare or availability if the requested booking is no longer available at the time of processing.

Before making your payment, we strongly recommend reviewing and confirming all important travel details, including your name, travel dates, destination, itinerary, and selected services.

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Philippine Time (PHT)

We are closed on Sundays and outside our regular operating hours. Messages and inquiries received outside operating hours will be attended to during our next business day.
